It was a very good and fun experience considering the fact that this was the first time I booked directly with a local tour operator Eco Nature Travel.
Karen was very efficient and professional in arranging the itinerary to accommodate our customized request. The driver is also very professional and is a careful driver ensuring we reached our destinations safely every time and not forgetting the 3 motorbike drivers who are also very diligent in riding us around safely.
Lastly a big thank you to Mr. Bao our guide who is no doubt one of the best guide I've met. Super nice guy with lots of patience, very courteous and professional with a good sense of humour.

We contracted Eco Nature Travel from Singapore for a comprehensive Saigon Tour Plan including Airport pick up & drop. The arrangement was planned well from Singapore with the Eco Travel Rep Anita Nguyen .Anita understood our needs & we were able to get a good Value package from her.
In Saigon - we were received at the Airport promptly.Then in the next 2 days we saw Cu Chi Tunnels & did the City Tour .The Tour Guide Akira was excellent in his knowledge of the history of Vietnam & the places he showed us.The package included lunch - we learnt better to ask for Ala Carte, not let the Agency prepare a set up lunch.Akira was hard working , intelligent, knowledgeable & flexible !
We would strongly recommend Eco Natural for travel & sightseeing in Vietnam.
 

Had a wonderful 5D4N tour of Danang, Hue and Hoi An with Eco Nature Travel! Mr Tran was most helpful in organising and taking our feedback on our flight timings, itinerary and food preference. Our Tour guide Son was very professional, and gave us many information about Vietnam and the tour destinations. He was prompt and efficient, and even accommodated our requests to start the tour at a earlier timing. Highly recommended!

We are overall happy with all the travel arrangement incl tour guide/driver, punctuality, helpfulness and service level provided by the travel agency. The daily programme is also well arranged, we can do things at our leisure, not like those group tours whereby we need to rush all the time. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy a leisure and affordable holiday.

I'd like to thank Mr Tran Xuan Hien, Eco Nature Travel, for the well arrangement and assigning to us a friendly and helpful tour guide.
One of our baggage was delayed and unluckily some of my parent's medicine is in the luggage. Mr Tran immediately buy us the required medicine from pharmacy so that we can enjoy the trip without any worry. He also help to do arrangement with airport to send the delayed luggage to our hotel on the next day.
Most of the tourist spot are not stroller friendly. Our tour guide, Mr Huy is very caring, he always help us to carry stroller and did special arrangement for my 2 years old son.
No doubt, I will definitely select Eco Nature Travel for my future trip to Vietnam.
