Day 1: Hue – Visit Phong Nha Cave. O/n at homestay
AM: This morning, our guide and driver welcome you at your hotel in Hue and transfer you to Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park. En route, stop at Hien Luong bridge, Ben Hai River (17th Parallel) for sightseeing the former border between North and South Vietnam from 1954 to 1972, and learn more about the history of Vietnam war. On arrival in Phong Nha, have lunch at restaurant.
PM: After lunch, take a boat trip along Son River through forest to visit Phong Nha Caves – the World Nature Heritage Site, and discover the natural beauty on stalactites with wonderfulsights. Admire Cung Dinh Cave, Tien Cave and Bi Ky Cave which have beautiful limestone formations in different shapes. Check in at homestay and free to relax at your own pace or walk around the village to get more knowledge about local people here. Have dinner and overnight at homestay.
Day 2: Explore Paradise Cave & Dong Hoi Departure
AM: Have breakfast at homestay. Start cycling route to Paradise Caves which is known as the largest dry cave in Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park. To reach the gate of the cave, you will be transferred by golf car through the old forest where you have opportunity to see valuable flora and fauna. Next, you will take Zipline and paddle a kayak along Chay River to explore the Dark Cave. After those interesting experiences, relax and enjoy a natural mud bath which is rich of minerals and good for health. Have lunch at restaurant.
PM: Transfer to Dong Hoi airport or railway station for your departure. Say goodbye Vietnam & see you again!
