- Tu Duc's tomb is located on the right bank of the Perfume River and 8km from the Hue center, in Duong Xuan mount, Thuong Ba village, Thuy Xuan Commune, in a boundless pine forest. On the surface of about 12ha, the tomb was built in 1864 and fully completed in 1867.

- The tomb is surrounded by a high wall along to the mountain. Besides the necessary sections of a tomb, the tomb also has other constructions suitable for the resting place of Tu Duc Emperor.
