- Khai Dinh Tomb was built from 1920 to 1931, located in Chau E Mountain, far about 10 kilometers from Hue city. If other tombs are built on a mountain with large area, Khai Dinh tomb looks like a massive castle built on the slope. Overall tomb is rectangle block with 109 steps stair.

- Materials for the tomb were mostly cement and ceramics and pieces of glass. The highlighted feature and noticeable characteristic of Khai Dinh tomb is the glassy and ceramic mosaics. The walls, the column and the ceiling are decorated with glass and porcelain designs. This is the result of a harmonious combination of Eastern architecture and Western architecture.
